  I normally love this spot but that Diana does not know how to take an order if her life depended on it. I asked for the pumpkin spice blended drink that they offered during the holidays she quickly said ok and started to put in my order. I told her that it wasn’t the coffee one and that I cannot drink coffee due to a medical issue. She didn’t even care to listen to me she was too much in a hurry to get the order processed which was strange cause there was no one waiting behind me. She handed me the drink when all was said and done. It was dark when i drove away and tasted my drink. It was a full on cup of coffee. I drove back around which I saw her look at me and say nothing until I yelled hello through the drive through window which caught the other guys attention. I told him this wasn’t the drink i ordered and he immediately knew which one I asked for without having to explain. He took care of me right away which I appreciated well she stood back and glanced at me with attitude. I’ve never experienced such a brat in my life! All in all I’ll still return but for now this girl needs a coaching by upper management on her listening skills and attention to detail.
